Sporten is geen straf.

Wees lief voor jezelf en zie sporten en eten niet als straf of zonde. Geniet van wat je eet maar kies bewust. Geniet van beweging.

Breng je zelf in beweging. Zie bewegen niet als straf voor te veel of slecht eten. Sporten of bewegen wordt pas leuk als je iets kiest dat je echt leuk vind. Een club of plek waar je je welkom voelt. En waar je in contact komt met mensen. 

Andersom geldt wel dat wannéér je slecht eet of drinkt, bewegen loodzwaar voelt.

Zwaar bewerkte fabrieksproducten verwerken, kost je lichaam nu eenmaal bakken met energie.

Energie is beperkt. Je kunt het maar één keer gebruiken. Je lichaam, je hersens om precies te zijn, besluiten dan om te besparen op bewegen. Dit wordt een non-permissive brain genoemd. 

Dus doe jezelf een lol en eet gezond. Dan krijg je vanzelf zin en energie om te bewegen.
